
Tod Little has over thirty years of commercial banking experience in all types of commercial and corporate lending, in both large and small bank environments.
After a successful 18 year career with U.S. Bancorp, Tod founded a community bank in 1996 and served as its Chairman and C.E.O. for over 10 years. During this period, and while under Tod’s direction and leadership, the bank grew to over $800 million dollars in total assets and was the largest SBA lender in the state it served. At the time of Tod’s departure in 2006, the bank was ranked as one of the top performing and most profitable community banks in the nation.
Tod has extensive experience in all aspects of bank management; with many years of direct commercial lending, supervision of lending personnel and loan operations, credit and credit approval administration, and impaired asset workouts.
Tod holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
