Special projects are not limited, although it includes performing an analysis and providing the Board and Management the results of the study of how to better process a loan request through a system that appears to be weighted down with unnecessary obstacles. We will provide a written report of our finding and where needed provide recommendations how to improve the process. Evaluation of overall bank management effectiveness can also be performed if requested by the board of directors.
