Noel Thompson is a former Bank Executive with over 17 years of progressive banking experience. He began his career as a Credit Analyst with Bank of America where he was responsible for the financial analysis of both business and personal cash flow. With his strong financial back ground Noel’s lending career quickly progressed into other fields.

Noel has a proven track record as a successful Business Development Officer along with possessing strong underwriting skills. As an Executive Vice President he oversaw the Phoenix market for a $2 billion dollar community bank, where he was responsible for the management of a credit portfolio in excess of $300 million dollars. Most recently Noel served as a Regional President for a community bank, with responsibilities overseeing lending, loan administration, team building and training.
Noel also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with problem assets and problem asset resolution, and loan documentation. This experience includes work-outs, restructure, foreclosure, and monetizing impaired assets.

Thompson earned his business degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he majored in Accounting and Real Estate Finance. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and has taught for AIB.
