Based on a predetermined scope and predetermine interval we will review the bank’s loan portfolio to insure that the loans approved and booked for that period meet the bank underwriting policies. We further insure that the loans will meet regulatory Safety and Soundness practices along with banking laws, rules and regulatory requirements. We also insure that the account officers are properly analyzing financial statements, tax returns and industry specifics when providing credit to a client to minimize the risk of loss to the bank.
