Our asset management program is unique to the industry, we will manage the banks classified credit and OREO portfolio, thus increasing the bank’s overall profitability and reducing potential liability. Effectively, we will function as your “Workout Group” overseeing all aspects of the portfolio to include: ordering appraisals (from banks approved list or our partners), negotiating work-out strategies within the banks guidelines, legal work, foreclosure all the way to disposition of OREO. We will insure collateral preservation and compliance with taxes, insurance and alike. Our highly experienced team will save the bank’s staffing requirements and carrying costs, improve net proceeds from the sale of OREO and keep the bank’s management focused on the core business. We will provide detailed and well documented monthly reports along with account support for FAS 5 and 114 impairments analysis that can be used to garner confidence and support from bank regulators and the board.
